The Kamiyadori virus has spread throughout the world, chaging humans into twisted abominations. The Scudra police force are a unit that are sent in to kill those who are infected. Among them are Right Arms, humans with Kamiyadori abilities that are the only forces that can fight toe to toe with the creatures. Jillald, a Right Arm that is burned out from all the killing he has done, begins to question the morality of his job. His partner, Vivi, has no such qualms as she blows away any Infected she comes across.
